Potter Wine – Cucumber and Jalapeño Wine Margaritas ½ cup fresh lime juice ½ cup white tequila ¼ cup orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier ¼ cup simple syrup or more as needed (heat & dissolve equal parts sugar & water) 4 thin slices cucumber 1.5 oz Potters Mild Jalapeno Wine (a shot and a half) Salt for glass rims Mix together all ingredients except salt. Summer squash, or most any squash Kosher salt Cracked black pepper Mild or Chipotle Jalapeno Wine Slice summer squash lengthwise for grilling purposes. Sprinkle kosher salt on both sides to draw moisture out, let sit for 1 hour. Pat squash dry. Sprinkle with cracked pepper on one side. Drizzle with Jalapeno Wine. Let marinade for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry. Brush lightly with olive oil, if desired, and grill to your preferred doneness.
